Shipping & Cancellation Policy

1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days of the order being placed.

  • Please note that this does not include weekends or public holidays.

  • During peak seasons, such as holiday sales, processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any significant delays via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days after the order has been shipped.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g., weather conditions, carrier delays). We are not responsible for such delays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently ship to addresses within India.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Damages:

  • SneakerHorizon.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order with damage, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

2. Cancellation & Returns Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  • We are committed to processing orders quickly. Therefore, an order can only be canceled if the cancellation request is received within 5 hours of the order being placed.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately at Ask@sneakerhorizon.com or +917028579429 with your order number.

  • We cannot guarantee a cancellation. If the order has already been processed and a shipping label has been created, we will be unable to stop the shipment.
